3Com 3CSOHO100B-TX OfficeConnect 10/100 PCI NIC is not detected in the
dc Ethernet NIC driver.

Fix: 

It seems that the patch from the kern/49059 problem report fixes
this problem.
How-To-Repeat: Install 3Com 3CSOHO100B-TX NIC, enable device dc, rebuild kernel, reboot.
