Update to 1.9
Remove IS_INTERACTIVE as the information gathered is only used when "make test"

Fix: I'm not sure wether the port version should be 1.9 or 1.90 in case the version
is bumped to 1.91 one day.

We can worry about versioning scheme if 1.9x is out because 
1.9x is greater than 1.9 in our ports system.
