	The ee editor makes wrong display at some special conditions.

How-To-Repeat: 
	1) When the last line of file is oni either last two line of screen,
	2) the BS (^h) command at the first character on either last two line
		of screen makes unreasonable display.

Suggested patch applied in -current.  Thanks!  After this 
has shaken itself out there for a week or two I will merge 
this into the -stable branch as well.
