	I was given the position of Mirror Site Coordinator (I'm now one
	of mirror-admin@freebsd.org).  My first task was to update the
	Mirror Site Docs to reflect some new procedures in place.

Fix: Apply diffs below to /usr/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/articles/hubs/article.sgml
	please.  Thanks.

I committed a slightly different version of your patch: 
I removed some wrong linebreaks, I kept the only "obvious" commas 
issues, and did some changes to respect our FDP.
