In doc/de_DE.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/sound-devicenodes.html , there's no mentioning of DevFS and MAKEDEV for 5.x as there is in the English version.

Fix: 

Since I don't know German (I noticed this because someone was asking about it on IRC), I can't really suggest how to fix it.

This chapter is based on (the very old) revision 1.33 
of sound/chapter.sgml.  Short of time to translate it 
now, there is not much I could do. 

Disconnecting it from the build would be an option, 
if you feel the chapter is too outdated.
