	Remove one site no longer in DNS and re-word description of
	ftp.freebsd.org to make admins of that site happier.

Fix: Apply patch below to the file
	/usr/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/mirrors/chapter.sgml please.
	Question: I was recently made the FreeBSD "Mirror Site Coordinator",
	should I use "maintainer-update" for Class above, or continue to
	use "update"?

I committed a slightly different version of your patch (r1.307), 
I only changed the form not the text.  Thanks for the submission. 
For the Class of the PR, you can leave "update" since the maintainers 
of the Handbook are the doc/ committers (freebsd-doc).
