* versioned aclocal directory should be added to aclocal search dir;
* add X11BASE/share/aclocal directory to aclocal search dir, and only
  add it if user didn't change acdir;
* removed REINPLACE from Makefile since this is already done in patch
  files.

Whilst I (mostly) agree with the patch here, given that there are minimal 
changes between automake17 and the newly available automake18, I believe 
that it would make more sense for ports currently using automake17 to 
move over to automake18.  Please advise.
