	pkg-install script failed to create catalog files.

How-To-Repeat: Just portupgrade -f "textproc/xmlcatmgr" if it is installed or 
cd /usr/ports/textproc/xmlcatmgr && make install

 Hmmm, I cannot reproduce this.  Which catalog files are not created?

I (maintainer) cannot reproduce the problem, and the pr submitter 
also reported to me that this problem cannot be reproduced.
