	Maintaner update of hungarian/ispell to version 0.99.3
	Original package changes:
	- more portable (especially the Makefile)
	- fixing lots of spelling error
	- adding more affix rules and exceptions

	port changes:
	- new mastersite
	- proper noportdocs support
