Bug 54808

Summary: yelp does not like compressed cat manpages
Product: Ports & Packages Reporter: Mark Hannon <markhannon>
Component: Individual Port(s)Assignee: freebsd-gnome (Nobody) <gnome>
Status: Closed FIXED
Severity: Affects Only Me
Priority: Normal
Version: Latest
Hardware: Any
OS: Any

Description Mark Hannon 2003-07-24 13:20:10 UTC

The command "yelp man:ls" results in an empty yelp window with the text:

The document "ls" couldn't be found. It may have been removed from your
  system.

Removal of the file /usr/share/man/cat1/ls.1.gz and then re-entering the
command works fine.
