Bug 54978

Summary: Delete Port: devel/entity
Product: Ports & Packages Reporter: Jesse McConnell <jesse_mcconnell>
Component: Individual Port(s)Assignee: freebsd-ports-bugs (Nobody) <ports-bugs>
Status: Closed FIXED
Severity: Affects Only Me CC: jesse
Priority: Normal
Version: Latest
Hardware: Any
OS: Any

Description Jesse McConnell 2003-07-28 14:10:19 UTC
time to delete the devel/entity port as the webpage is gone and no new
versions have been released in prolley 2 years. Looks like the developers
have moved on to bigger and better things. Though entity was a great little
tool. Oh well, time for it to go bye bye I guess.

Fix:

nuke it I guess

Does it work? Is it being used? Any good reason to remove it apart
from it not being updated? Are you sure it is not a case of "if the new
version is not released every two months, the software must be obsolete"
syndrome?

\Anton.
