	- Update mod_sqlinclude to 1.4.
	- Use USE_MYSQL
	- Force the use of MySQL 3.23 since it doesn't support 4.x
	- Use %%DOCSDIR%% in pkg_plist
	Removed file : files/patch-mod_sqlinclude.c
