Updating /www/en/platforms/sparc.sgml with link to latest release hardware
notes and systems list.

Fix: Below is a diff for sparc.sgml with the link to the sparc64 release hardware
notes instead of 5.0-DP2, and updated the supported, partially support and
unsupported systems to match that of the latest release hardware notes.
