I just gave a quick try and the build fails complaining about missing
mirrors.sgml.ftp.inc, mirrors.sgml.cvsup.inc and eresources.sgml.www.inc
files.  I did not check more further.

These files should be created automatically by the new doc build 
infrastructure, committed by Hiroki. And on my box they are built 
correctly, without any problems.

Hmm the en_US version does not complain, only your version refuses to
build.  Maybe I should remove everything and check out a fresh tree.

For the archives: the use of "patch -p0" was necessary to apply 
correctly the diffs.
