When I try to compile the mail/courier port even though I select ldap support neither authdaemond.ldap nor authldaprc are created or installed.   I have tried multiple times both with and without mysql which seems to work fine.  I sent an email to the ports list to see if anyone had had success and received no reply.  Any help will be appreciated.

Fix: 

I wish that I knew.
How-To-Repeat: Go to mail/courier and do make, select ldap from the menu, install install and try to configure.
