	User need to choose which postgresql port to build with.
	default: databases/postgresql-client
	vaild options:
	databases/postgresql-client
	databases/postgresql7
	databases/postgresql72
	databases/postgresql73
	japanese/postgresql

Fix: - allow build with diffrent postgresql versions
  by using POSTGRESQL_PORT
