	If I press a key during the boot: prompt, or with the OS-BS boot,
	manager or if I do a soft reset (not coming up from a power up)
        When the login: prompt arrives the keyboard is nonfunctional, Num Lock
        is not lit, etc..

How-To-Repeat: 
        Reboot anytime and when it comes back its dead, or during a fresh boot
        type at the boot: prompt.
