- Update to 7.4.43
- Make the port respect PTHREAD_{CFLAGS,LIB}
- OPTIONSify the port
- Remove the dependency of nasm that make bad x86 code on amd64 ia64 plateforms
  and that make suspicious code (maybe code that can be exploited)
