The problem with the QT Frontend is, that OPTIONS don't work with QT. 
OPTIONS don't work before bsd.port.pre.mk and USE_QT doesn't work after 
bsd.port.pre.mk.  

So we need to fix this in bsd.port.mk. 

If you really need this update immediatly,  
submit a diff with oldstyle WITH_ options.
