ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/development/FreeBSD-CVS is empty, but http://www.uk.freebsd.org/support.html#cvs refers to it, and it's populated on some mirrors (ftp1.freebsd.org for instance).

The danish half of ftp.FreeBSD.org has not been carrying these files 
due to space restrictions for a long time. Now that there's more space 
available, the files should turn up within the next few hours.
