Herein is a port of ftnchek.  It is a Fortran 77 sematics checking
tool.  The port should be located under ports/devel.

Imported, thanks.  The GNU configure that comes with this program 
is pretty ancient and the resulting Makefile does not respect CC, 
CFLAGS, or PREFIX.  Therefore, I just let configure make one, and 
I fixed it and included it with the port.
