	The attached patch updates the latest progress of the FreeBSD
Simplified Chinese project by adding links to our work's build
snapshot, and make the mailing list description more similiar to other
translation projects.
	Thanks to the volunteers' effort at China, we have finished
more than half of the FreeBSD handbook translation, and will check in
the FAQ translation soon. While keeping these documentations
up-to-date, we hope that more exposure of our work will give it higher
quality and benefit more people.
	While there, update the contact liaison to me. LI Dong will
prefer to have a rest for a short while and I will continue his
excellent work.

Fix: Apply the following patch to www/en/docproj/translations.sgml
