Attempting to install mod_php4 in /usr/ports/www/ fails:

Ignoring previously applied (or reversed) patch.
13 out of 13 hunks ignored--saving rejects to configure.rej

How-To-Repeat: cd /usr/ports/www/mod_php4/
make install
select postresql support from ncurses menu
