dforce.sh.cvut.cz refuses connecitons on port 80:

Last OK result NEVER [checked 75 times since Thu Oct 2 23:34:01 2003,
last time was Wed May 19 5:12:42 2004 ]

I forgot to change pkg-descr, here's an updated patch.

http://dforce.sh.cvut.cz/~seli/en/numlockx/    was
the only  official address  I had for  pointing to
numlock's upstreams  sources.  And  caraldi.com is
my own  server, keeping  a backup copy  of numlock
sources.

However,   after  googling   a   while,  I   found
http://ktown.kde.org/~seli/numlockx/  which  seems
to  be what  we are  missing.  So  please use  the
latter instead of the one from dforce.sh.cvut.cz.

Anyway, my personal website  is definitely not the
official page for numlockx.
