	This files is zero sized:

misc/sword-modules/pkg-plist
net/wais/pkg-plist
www/checkbot/pkg-plist
textproc/xalan-j/pkg-plist
picobsd/ssh-picobsd/pkg-plist
german/manpages/pkg-plist	

	I think committers just forgot to remove them.

Fix: 

Remove that files.

Empty files removed, where valid. Note that majordomo 
port have empty files on purpose, as a skeleton for example 
mailing list.
