Does still happen with a recent CURRENT? 

Problems with CURRENT should be reported on the freebsd-current

This bug is believed fixed as of raw_ip.c:1.136 committed July 20, 
2004, with the fix appearing in 5.3-RELEASE and later.  Thanks for
