Update to version 352 from Doug Rabsons SVN repository. He also did the
main part of the port update.

Other improvement: Check gmake version, since valgrind does not build
with gmake < 3.80.

Note: there is a similar PR for devel/valgrind :-)

Committed, thanks! 

I'll not you blow INDEX builds on 4.x by putting ${FALSE} 
to PERL<5.6 line. You should consider IGNORE in this place. 
Same for procfs detection.
