      On the bug reporting page, it sometimes uses capitol I, which can be easily confused for the number 1 or the letter L, in the section where it says "Finally, please enter the code from the image below to prove you're not a robot:". Charators that can be easilly confused with others should not be used there or else people will be confused.

'0', 'O' and 'o' are missing for this exact reason - it's feasible that 
someone has worse eyesight than me, so add this to the stack.

The characters '1' and 'I' have been removed from the list - as I 
mentioned above, '0' and 'O' are already omitted for the same reason. 

Leaving this PR in the patched state as the 1.pnm and I.pnm can be 
reaped from www/en/gifs after a day or so.
