	cd /usr/ports/chinese/qterm
	Apply the patch
	make install

You can't do this! USE_PYTHON *must* be fore .include <bsd.port.pre.mk>, 
but OPTIONS generated variables are set only *after* .include <bsd.port.pre.mk>
