mkisofs has moved in the ports tree to be part of sysutils/cdrtools

Fix: 

pkg_add -r cdrtools
How-To-Repeat: Try to follow instructions in handbook for burning CDs.

This was fixed already back in July, ref:

Refer to sysutils/cdrtools instead of sysutils/mkisofs now that the 
mkisofs port was merged into cdrtools.  I've also replaced most of the 
references to the <filename role="package">mkisofs</filename> program 
with an entity which we already have.
