A new USB mailing list is born. Attached patches updates:
doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/eresources/chapter.sgml 
doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/share/sgml/mailing-lists.ent

Maybe someone is planning to do this change, but humans tend to forget
things, so a PR can't hurt...
