5.3 Release notes mention logins(1) under the Userland Changes section and points to:
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=logins&sektion=1&manpath=FreeBSD+5.3-RELEASE
..this page does not exist.

Fix: 

Create the target page and/or copy data from:
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=logins&apropos=0&sektion=1&manpath=FreeBSD+5.3-stable&format=html
How-To-Repeat: View Userland Changes section of 5.3 release notes at:

The manual pages for 5.3 has not been fully installed on the 
webserver, which was the cause of the broken links.  This has been 
fixed now.  Thanks for letting us know about the problem.
