Responsible Changed From-To: freebsd-bugs->freebsd-ports-bugs Anything affecting something installed from the ports collection should be a 'ports' PR. Not to pick on the submitter, but there have been a number of these recently -- please help us ports committers out so that we can track these PRs. Thanks. in message <200411102106.iAAL63BG055816@www.freebsd.org>, wrote John Grimes thusly... > > > FreeBSD lab_bsd.lucent.com 5.3-RELEASE FreeBSD 5.3-RELEASE #0 Fri > Nov 5 04:19:18 UTC 2004 > root@harlow.cse.buffalo.edu:/usr/obj/src/sys/GENERIC i386 ... > Firefox covers the full screen of the display. The firefox version is "firefox-0.9.3_1" On FreeBSD 4.10-p3, there is no problem in resizing, in fvwm 2.5.11, firefox 1.0.r2,1 -- built/installed from ports WITHOUT_XFT & WITH_OPTIMIZED_CFLAGS. Perhaps try the newer version? - Parv -- Responsible Changed From-To: freebsd-ports-bugs->gnome Over to maintainer(s). State Changed From-To: open->closed This sounds more like a WM problem than a Firefox problem. I have no problem resizing Firefox in GNOME using metacity. |
