	There are duplicated em(4) items at ALTQ section
	in 5.3-RELEASE Release Notes.

Fix: Remove one, or correct it.

Thanks for pointing out, but the release notes will not be modified 
once it is rolled out.  If there is an error that is critical and 
highly misleading it must be stated in the errata doc instead, but I think 
this is a trivial typo so it is not needed.  If you noticed other 
misleading errors please let us know again, thanks.
