Description Josh Paetzel <josh@tcbug.org> 2004-11-15 22:10:28 UTC

Chapter 2.9.12 of the Handbook covers configuring an X server from sysinstall. It doesn't have instructions in reguards to FreeBSD 5.3-RELEASE or X.org. Chapter 5 is a much better resource for those attempting to configure X

How-To-Repeat:

Read handbook section 2.9.12 and compare to section 5

I will take care of this one.

I fixed this problem in revision 1.303 of the file, I added notes about
the removal of X server and X desktop configuration facilities from
sysinstall(8) and pointed the reader to the X11 chapter.
Thanks for the submission.
