FreeBSD 4.10 stops responding while playing a URL using RealAudio Player 3.0 (v30_freebsd21s.tar.Z). The player can be obtained here:

While playing the URL the system locks and stops responding on PINGs. It also happens when the player is running withing a remote X-session and if the web server is running on the same PC. Using a local file instead of an URL prevents the crash. Tracing the player using tuss prevents the crash as well.
