Add HandBrake. A GTK2 app that reads straight from the DVD to MPEG4. It is 
also multithreaded to utilise SMP machines.

This port depends on PR 74094

Fix: Shar file attached. There is also a tar available @ http://www.fud.org.nz/~andy/handbrake.tar.gz
