This port provides additional set of dictionaries from mova.org for textproc/stardict program.

I have taken the liberty to add the portname to this and your other
most recent PR.

Surely we can come up with a less awkward name for this port, such as
startdict2-dictd_mova?

Hi Mark!

Feel free to make any changes you find appropriate :)

Just keep in mind that there are two more big sets of dictionaries, that
I'll possibly make ports as well, so names should be distiguable
somehow..
