Update port: databases/mysql41-server change to 4.1.8a

- change to 4.1.8a
   + add DISTNAME because of "a" (4.1.8a)
   + change VER because of "a" (4.1.8a)
   + rediff all files/patch*
   + update pkg-plist and pkg-plist.client
   + update SUBDIR in -client (add "strings" and "regex" they are  required to compile)

Tested all ports mysql41-*
