      Section 3.5 of the handbook (disk-organization) says

FreeBSD does not use the extension (.txt) of a file to determine whether 
the file is program, or a document, or some other form of data.

Shouldn't it be
..the file is a program, or...
?              ^

Fix: 

Add an `a'
