 Is Cyrus SASL2 actually work with Berkeley DB 4.3?
 Neither Cyrus SASL2 nor Cyrus IMAPd supports Berkeley DB 4.3 for now.
 When db43 was added into ports, I tried to support it by cyrus-sasl2
 and cyrus-imapd22.  It seemd cyrus-sasl2 was working with db43.
 However, cyrus-imapd22 didn't work with db43.  So, I stopped to commit
 my work, and decided to wait until Cyrus officially supports db43.
