- Update to 2.2.0
With this release nsd no longer requires named-xfer to be present on the system.

I also changed the options to a configure script.

The configure script gives no checkboxes to tick. 
It would be preferref if you would use the OPTIONS variable and the 
.if defined instead of an external script.
