Here is an update for www/oops port:

- update to long awaited 1.3.24
- rc_subr compatibility + pkg-message [1]
- small fixes to be backported to Author's CVS

BTW that scripts/configure is really evil. You think you could 
replace it with OPTIONS for next update?
