I hereby relinquish maintainership of java/java-tutorial port if
Michael C. Shultz <reso3w83@verizon.net> takes over this port, which
he did indicate in message <200502141358.57703.reso3w83@verizon.net>
on -ports list.

Included is the patch.

Make Michael C S to be the maintainer if he agrees.
