Hello freebsd-gnats-submit,

ok, here is another diff, which should be used instead of the 2nd
diff, because the at the end of March the RELENG_4_8 branch will
reach its designated End of Life and cease to be supported by
  the FreeBSD Security Team.

Hi freebsd-gnats-submit,

well, we can also rewrite RELENG_5_4 entry to
"Release branch for upcoming FreeBSD 5.4."
since the 5.4 isn't released yet.
