      Since exim 4.50 merged eximscan into main source tree, ports-Makefile doesn't support SPF,(srs and other experimental stuff - I don't need). 

There are few changes in EDITME.

Fix: # diff -u Makefile.org Makefile 
How-To-Repeat:       try to compile exim with -DWITH_SPF
