http://www.freebsd.org/releases/5.4R/schedule.html isn't chronologically primed and there is also bad readable "second release candidate", which should be replaced with 5.4-RC2.

Some of the issues have been already resolved by kensmith@, I'll 
go ahead and close this pr then and work on the rest of the 
issues separately, thanks for the submission Daniel!
