	man pages about ntp are obsolete.
	please catch up to 4.2.0 as binaries do.
	especially, role of "notrust" in ntp.conf had significantly
	been changed between 4.1.1 and 4.2.0.

Fix: 

import manpages of ntp-4.2.0.
How-To-Repeat: 	install or make world 5-STABLE.

I wrote patches about man pages, but they are too big to write here...
What should I do ?
I put it on
http://polymer3.scphys.kyoto-u.ac.jp/~turutani/nocache/ntp-manpages.tgz
ntpd.8, ntpdate.8, ntpdc.8, ntpq.8, ntp.conf.5 are updated.
ntp-keygen.8 is a new file.
ntptime.8, ntptrace.8, ntp.keys.5 are not changed (and not included).
