since my latest patch wasn't against the latest news.xml (after my PR
submission had mlaier added new about pf 3.7 import), news.xml is little
bit broken. We have a 2x the same <month> entry now and this doesn't
looks good :)

How-To-Repeat: look at http://www.freebsd.org/news/newsflash.html#event20050503:01 and
scroll a bit up.
