getcap is a capability database access utility. Its man page is avaible here: http://www.openbsd.org/cgi-bin/man.cgi?query=getcap&sektion=1&manpath=OpenBSD+Current&format=html I made some changes to adopt it for FreeBSD, tarball is avaible here: http://people.freebsd.org/~novel/patches/freebsd/getcap.tar
